This is a wonderful DVD. Sadie is a good teacher for belly rolls, she has incredible range of motion as well as immaculately clean technique. She does a good job of movement breakdowns- enough for a beginner without over doing it for the experienced dancers. I like her combinations and her performance of medium/fast chiefti is excellent. There is a ton of material on this DVD. worth the $.
