Is there a way of searching old bhuz?

I found it ads.bhuz.com, or something. I know the search function was alway a bit dodgy and source of frustration . . does it worl at all now, or has it been disabled?

If you want to search, you need to make a wildcard out of either the search term or the name. So put an asterisk in the "Search For" box and the user name in the Search By Member box if you want to search for posts by a particular Bhuzzer.

Or, put a term in the Search For box and an asterisk in the name box to search by keyword.

Rosey, I think it would be a good idea to post a sticky pointing toward Ye Olde Bhuze.

you can see old bhuz at ads.bhuz.com. we still use that server to run our ads, thats why the ads look up to date. It really is fun to visit and poke around in there.

Right now you cant search it, but you gave me an idea, I will see if it is possible to put a google search box on that site that would just search the site. Give me a day or two, I dont know if that can be done, never tried it.

I've had luck finding things on old Bhuz (and new Bhuz) using Google. Enter your search terms and specify "site:ads.bhuz.com" or "site:bhuz.com"
