Feedback on the faq

I just read the faq - it looks like a good distillation of the thread we had on bhuz about it. But may I make a couple of suggestions?

1. Separate it into "Rules" (which MUST be followed and are not negotiable such as the anti-spamming rule, the anti-profanity rule, the rule that avatars must be in good taste), versus "Guidelines" (which are recommendations - if you don't comply you'll be subject to peer pressure but you'll still be allowed to use bhuz).

2. Use a bulleted list to itemize the rules rather than running them all together into a single paragraph. It would make them more legible.
