'Adverts?'

I have a friend who has just moved to Vegas, he is a professional photographer, and he's looking to expand his business in a new city....

He doesn't yet have a profile here...but I really wanna plug him- he's an awesomely talented photographer, and I love him dearly :)

Whats the best way for him to 'advertise' his services here?

I always notice new display ads on the right hand side. One photographer who advertised there neglected to include his city his ad OR website, I never did figure out where he was, so tell your friend to be sure to include location info!
