How to add group image after group is created?

I probably just missed it somehow, but I can't seem to figure out how to attach a group image after the group is already created. I see how to upload images to the gallery, but that isn't the same... is it?

There's a menu of items there along the top of the green box/field once you create your group. The choice is in brackets and is [upload image]
