Bhuz Spam
Did anyone else get a spam message from Panurgy Export Imports Pvt. Ltd. in their bhuz mailbox? I went to check the profile from the sender and it said "this profile is locked from viewing" What does that mean?! And spam on bhuz..so not cool!

Rosey usually has a fairly tight control on potential spammers. It's happened occasionally before, as far as I'm aware, & she blocks them as soon as she's notified.

I got SPAMmed this AM too. I forwarded the whole mess to Rosey. She's really good about deleting SPAMmers from the user's file!
Mine started:
Dear Madame
We understand that you are a Professional belly dancer. We introduce ourselves to you as a leading manufacturer cum exporter of Belly Dance Costumes, Dancing Dresses, GYPSY Dresses, Fashionable jewelries, Nautical items, Brass Band Musical Instruments and other Handicraft items. For your kind info M/s. Panurgy Export Imports Pvt. Ltd. a trust name in business.
Blah, blah, blah....

I don't seem to have gotten this info from you. If you sent it by email it was probabaly drowned in the sea of spam my email address lives in.
Send me the user name - that's all I need, and I can ban it (which will delete all the spams that were sent) and the IP address from which it originates. Send the username by PM, not email. |
