Subscribing to a topic?

How do I subscribe to a topic? Apparently I've subscribed to one topic already, but I have no idea how I did it.

if you click 'thread tools' (you'll see it is just above your green smilie and it is in orange) you'll see a drop down box that lets you do one of three things

show printable version of the page
email it
subscribe to the topic

when you click on subscribe it then lets you choose if you want instant notification, email daily or weekly.
