Changing a profile

Hi,

I have just logged in and love the new look Bhuz! Now I am keen to play and wanted to update my profile. However, when I click on My Bhuz and sign in all I get is the FAQ page, or I get asked to log in again.

Am I being dense and missing something???

Also I seem to have lost some of my post credits - last night I was at almost 1000 and now I've only 924. . . Obviously I need to go mad and make lots of posts to catch up again!

Okay, so I went out and came back, and now I have access to my profile.

See? I said I was going to make lots of posts!

I'm having the same problem...I can post on the forums no problem, but can't get into my profile to upload an avatar or anything. I just keep getting the FAQs and a request to log in...but I am logged in! Tried going out and coming back in as afra did, but hasn't worked for me What do i do?

ETA - OK I worked it out. I can edit my profile via the Quick Links menu at the top of page after I've logged in, but can't do it via the 'My Bhuz' link which is what I was trying to do...now I just have to work out how to get a link to my website onto the profile...

Nice to see you here, you are among the first on the new site.

See Tips & Trick for the Forum on the Announcement forum.

The old forum is archived at http://ads.bhuz.com and will be accessible probably later today.

Double click on the big Home button at the top of the Forum page to get to your profile -- click My Bhuz/settings/profile picture or profile settings, etc.

Or, click on My Bhuz/my account in the drop down box/account or profile settings or picture.

Or, you can also get to your profile area from the Forum by clicking on My settings iand then one of the choices in Settings & Options.

And other things:
- Where can I change the time? This has been problem for all the years and now I can't find the place
- Is there links for personal websites? I liked that one in old bhuz.

Love the new smilies Can we have dead one, too?

Go to My Settings, edit options , scroll all the way down and you will get to a place to edit the time.

Thanks, I just found it my self, too.

It's a little bit confusing to have two places to put the information My Bhuz and forum settings. If I go to change my avatar etc. from forum the links take me to My Bhuz. From there there is no way (at least easy) to go back to forum settings. Or is there? Maybe I just didn't see.

Go to My Settings, edit options , scroll all the way down and you will get to a place to edit the time.

We are having a problem if you go to the Forum from clicking on one of the New Forum Posts on the other part of the site. The best way to get here is to click on Forum on the top navigation bar.

From the Forum, Double click on Home, which will bring up the rest of the site. OR, Go to My Settings/settings & options, and choose one of the lines and that will take you to your profile to edit.

Sorry about that! I'm afraid that lots of people will loose a few posts. I may be able to manually adjust it, but I won't get to it for a week.

That's fine - there's no rush.

I have figured out how to edit my profile and upload some photos now, it was probably all a bit of a senior moment first thing this morning!
