I wanted to post my 2008 workshop schedule, and hope that I get to meet some of you great bhuzzers on my travels!!
This list isn't quite complete, hoping to book a few more into schedule when all is said and done!! I know I will be back at Purdue University, just haven't gotten the dates, I'll post a more updated list later!! Woohoo, I love traveling!!
What workshops do you recommend for beginners at your showcase in Portland, OR? I just saw your site the other day. I am glad that you posted this so that I was sure that it was really in 2008. I can't wait to go, it will be my first workshop ever!

I would say my traveling steps might be better for beginning level, I look forward to seeing you this spring!!

I'm hoping to shoot a series in Feb, also other video promoters are intersted in releasing some of my work, so I'm not sure of their schedule, but my own line should be out early spring!! Now I just have to focus on topics, hmmm, so many choices!!

Yes, the dance dept sponsored me last year, and I choreographed pieces for their spring concert, so we are working on a schedule for 2008, I'll post it here and on my site when we set the date!!

I know, can you believe how big it's become, out of a conversation between us on me teaching Romany, and having a few of our local teachers join us. 6 years later we have out of state stars, as well as our local teachers! And we keep out growing our venue. I'm honored to be one of the grass roots members!!
As a Vegas native, I love seeing this dance thrive again in Vegas, the way it did back in the 70's, when I was a baby dancer, and my Mom was performing!

I am not currently scheduled for the Texas area, however, I have had some sponsors inquire about bringing me there, so I will keep you posted!! I have some available dates in March, July and Oct/Nov. so we will see!

I really don't know, I can put you in contact with the girl that sponsors me, but I didn't realize they had more than one campus, I do remember staying in the hotel on campus, and our classroom was connected, if that helps. I can tell you, it was -10 degrees and being a desert rat I was in shock that air could be that cold!!! I wore 3 pairs of pants, socks, I looked like a dork!!

I didnt know either, but theres a bunch. One is near me and one is not! Im guessing its the one that is not near me.
