ISO brightly colored 10 yard skirts or a double circle skirt

My dance class is doing a skirt dance to Rompi Rompi for our group choreography in our end-of-year show. We need a large double circle skirt that is brightly colored. If I can't find a double circle skirt for a "cheap price", I'd like to get a couple of regular 10 yd skirts and piece them together.
