The other place would be Tony & Robby Atelier in... ummm... South America somewhere.

They are a higher-end outfit than Neckelmann's, and I remember that they offer a skirt like this one.

Anyone have that web address handy??? Hey, I just noticed you're in Portugal, Tony & Robby are Portuguese-speaking, if I recall correctly....
