yep, ebay! For jewelry that can be incorporated in your costume, try yardsales. There's a national fleamarket coming up in the netherlands and I'm counting the days, looking for some great deals on second hand jewelry and I hope to find some nice orientalism-stuff too.

I have these four appliques that I took from a dress, but never used. I always thought they'd be pretty on a costume. Let me know if interested.

I second Angeltrim on Ebay-
I pimped up a pre-owned plain loops Neckelmann´s for a very good price
by removing the loops,sewing on appliceés and then Swarowski´s...
