ISO cheap petite circle skirts

Hello everyone,
I'm looking for a couple basic circle skirts to add to my closet...however I'm kinda short and rolling up the skirt usually looks really bulky, so I need a petite skirt.

Hips 33' (but other hip sizes are cool)
Length anything between 33' to 36'

Interested in any colour except yellow and gold.

I especially love magentas, reds, deep blues, turquoise.

I have a simple royal blue satin 2-panel L Rose skirt that is about 35" long (I think, I'd have to measure it)--never worn or even had the elastic finished, just sitting in my closet waiting for an owner. I'd be happy to let it go for $35 plus shipping which would be pretty low since it's so light.

It looks a little wrinkled in the photo. Sorry, It's just been in a drawer for 2 years. It measures 35" long. Shipping to Canada? I just checked and I would say it's probably not worth it--it looks like a box from CA to Toronto would be about $29 (that's a lot for a skirt).
