iso chiffon purple circle skirt...

I want to stay pretty cheap. I know it might be crappy, but I hate chiffon skirts, I just want it as an alternate to my mermaid. Anyone have one? know a cheap vendor? I'm trying to stay under 20 including shipping.
I can make one for 12$ myself, but I'm being lazy again. too many projects

Where are you finding this inexpensive chiffon? Do tell. I need 8 yds for 1.5 circles, probably 5.5 yds for a full circle. Then there's the thread for the serger!

haha, I found some at the local fabric store near my house. It was only 2$/yard and I usually only like to do 1 full circle. That amounts to about 12$ for me. There is my time, my elastic, blanket binding, and thread...but I have stashes of that stuff at home so I don't consider it when I decide between buying/making. Haha
I also have a bunch of habotai silk that I could dye myself. do you want a specific color? I have blue, red, and yellow dye, so if you want me to dye some silk and send that to you I could do that for pretty cheap~

I just thought I would check it out first.

Good luck if you can find a chiffon circle skirt for under $20 including postage. Between the postage, the packaging and the gas to go to the postoffice that is giving it away.
