ISO c/d cup; 39" lower hip, 37" upper egyptian style

Well, that about says it. I would love something that is v shaped in the belt/waist area. No pull on skirts, but skirts with zipper's okay. Not a ton of fringe or if it can be removed it's okay, because I'm short waisted. Any color except yellow, neon green, orange. Full or straight skirt. No turkish style. Thanks!

Jewels, I've got this one for sale. I'm a full C and it fits me. The skirt has a zipper and hook at the top. I'm 36" upper and 39" lower hips and it fits me. Sounds like we're very similar in measurements. It doesn't have any V shape at the waist, but the split color design might accomplish the same effect. Let me know if you'd like some measurements and I'll get them for you.

Not sure this is exactly what you're looking for but the measurements seemed right, and the belt is V shaped, so here goes. I am selling a red and gold costume that I personally adore but does not fit right on me. I misjudged my hip size, thinking it was 39", and my bra size, which is not a C (hence the way the belt sits below the skirt, etc). So I have decided to sell it.It's currently up on Ebay:
