I think Nahari is always on the road with Adnan..at least when I took the Sufi workshops way back when , they were always touring. If you email her site she may have someone taking care of business while she is away. Yes, if she still makes them (I've seen them in person and danced with them) they are 5 mm or possibly 6 mm straight skirts, no slits or panels like circle skirts.
Am keeping fingers crossed that I'll be dyeing panels for skirts again in fall but I dont think I'd be a very good supplier of blank white stuff..too much trouble. You may find a local seamstress to work with and see if she would sew them for you.. go to Shira's site, she has excellent instructions.
Dharma and thai silks both carry 8 mm silk which would be a decent choice for a skirt but consider you may have to have a lot of it for the skirt to spin out..usually they are a bit limp. Charmeuse silk is really pricey but is gorgeous.
