absolutely, they make a lovely contrast:) do you have a pic of an old one i did? i've also done it with black between the two so it had an egyptian scarab look..similar to Blue Monarch but with red as well

Jes I lost my veil this weekend; it was one of yours (which I got on the swap meet from danidance).... when are you doing custom orders again? I LOVED this veil and would like to replace it at some point

it must have been the egyptian sunrise that I saw on your website. but a "darker" feeling color combination would be even better, like you describe with the black. the costume in question is that eman one with the fabric X between the bra and skirt, with all the scarabs on it. I have it in red glitter jersey with the turquoise scarabs and beaded swags. I just had some red and turquoise shoes made to match - a matching veil would push it over the top - right where I like to be. ;)

I also seem to have lost one of my two "midnight" veils that you made for me for my 7 veils suite - it was a deep purple-y/violet-y/blue mottled pattern. lovely. sure would love to replace it someday when you're taking custom orders again!

Elisa I've been looking for a reason to do an egyptian scarab veil again, if you have the costume I think you do yes its a 'match' ..i briefly owned an eman and i still have the four yard light weight wonder i made just for that costume..black and red and black and turquoise and black sorta like that ..i can do something fun no prob


i will be out again today for a good part of the day but when you can send an email over and i'll get back with you:)
