seeking classic three panel circle skirt USED AND CHEAP
am looking for a 3 panel circle skirt, does not matter the color, size, length or condition so long as it's dirt cheap (an old ratty one is fine..under ten dollars?..i just need to cut it up)
remember those satin ones that were all the rage a few years ago ? that would do fine? i'd prefer satin or heavier fabric, not chiffon
