Bedia and Dahlena videos,dvd,s
I'm wanting videos and or dvd's by these two ladies. Anyone have any lurking in the cupboard somewhere?

Evelyne, I have an instructional video by Bedia in which she teaches a Warda choreography. She demonstrates the dance in a cabaret costume, then changes to a beledi dress and shows how to adapt it to folkloric style. She then breaks the dance down very thoroughly in the instructional section. This VHS is in excellent condition; I bought it from Bedia in 1986 but never even watched it all the way through. $15 plus postage. Interested?
I also have a VHS of an outstanding show that Bedia put on in May 1989. It stars Kay Hardy Campbell performing Saudi/Gulf dancing and Dosari Bedouin dance and features two performances by Bedia, plus some of the best DC area dancers. I can describe the dances more fully if you're interested -- I had forgotten what a good show this was. Same price. Also in excellent condition.

I'll definitely take the May 1989 show video.
I already have the Beledi choreo one so Palmier may have that one.
Don't know why but I really like the older videos.
