Tan costume with two fire silk veils

I am in search of any information about this awesome outfit

I know where to get the veils I am just wondering if anyone recognizes the costume or what it's made of.

The veils are from Akai silks, Jessenia has a store on ebay and etsy. I have bought a few silk veils from other sellers on ebay, and they have just never been as nice as Akais. I believe I remember drooling over that picture on ebay, and Jessenia wrote that the dancer made the costume herself!

Looks like this costume could easily resemble that costume (made in tan lycra and a waist wrap added).

The bottom of the tan skirt seems to be runched into a bubble though. I love it!
