I got a new toy today - a Portable Bose Sounddock. I brought my iPod to the Apple Store and tested it out, and it is fabulous. Excellent sound, even from less-than-stellar recordings, like an old Feenjon Group with crackle and pop. And, that beast is really loud.
So, despite the exorbitant price, we decided to go for it. Extra bonus - very nice design, so we can happily use it in the living room. It's a lovely piece of electronics.
