Downloading youtube video's to a Mac

I have a Mac OS 10 that uses quicktime to view movies.
I tryed downloading TubeSock trial but I don't see any instructions when I open it. Any Mac users out there have suggestions?

You have to click where it says url under 'step one' to go to the screen where you put in the url for the youtube clip. They e-mail you the clip in your choice of formats. I used my yahoo e-mail address, it can handle large files and all the spam I assume I'm going to get...
