Adjusting cd playlist volume on ITunes

Hi All! I am hoping someone can tell me if there is a way to adjust the volume on a playlist in ITunes so that all the songs have the same volume.... I use a Mac OSX 4.11 computer... Thanks for any help!

It is possible to change the volume of the mp3 file too. It requires software...but if you have a quiet song that needs a lift....its a good way to permanently fix it.
