This place has a gorgeous blue costume for under $200. Hips are a little small but I am hoping it will stretch.
BUT, they have only had 3 people give them feedback, all positive though......

I am no really great judge of quality from pictures but it is a nice color and the beading looks decent. It may need some tinkering with to make sure everything stays where it is suppose to but for 200.00 dollars that might be expected.
