Re: Having an issue with a seller....

This is an interesting read and I am sorry you had to go through that! I have an opposite problem and was wondering if anyone could shed some light. I am a 36D. I sold 2 costumes to the same person. 1 was only worn about 2 times and 1 of them was worn a lot. Both in incredible condition. I sold one of them without the skirt and then sold the skirt to someone else to accommodate this particular bhuzzer's desire - whom I will not name. And also gave her a considerable discount. She told me she was a small D cup. I then got an email that one of the costumes fit her perfectly but the other one she says was misrepresented and actually a c cup. I hadn't really decided what I was going to do and then I got all these emails saying she was going to defame me on bhuz while she tried to resell it, and that she went to all the most famous seamstresses and had all this documentation saying that the cup was a C. She has been really nasty. Then she filed a paypal dispute and says that now the bra that fit her perfectly is too big on her and she has to spend lots of money having it padded. But she says she can take a picture wearing both bras for the paypal dispute. I think she just doesn't know how to size a bra because both these costumes fit my d cups just fine. How can 2 bras custom made for the same person be both too big and too small on another person. Yes coverage is different but I think this person is wacko! I even offered to include photos of me performing wearing each costume. But she said I probably used trick photography. So now I really don't want to refund. If she gets crazier I will consider posting her ID. Not sure what to do here =(

Re: Having an issue with a seller....

I think if you posted the exact measurements, i.e. each cup measures etc. then it's on her.

Each D is different and coverage is different for each person. Once the measurments are up, i think the buyer is responsible for knowing their own measurments.

Re: Having an issue with a seller....

Wow..thats tuff. I have had 2 wonderful experiences where the seller didnt notice a major (to me) flaw and was able to do a return. If it is just a matter of fit and not condition, then she should just bite the bullet and do like everybody else does around here and resell. I see so many different representations of what is a D cup. It depends on the coverage required and the shape and consistancy of the breast to be covered. I am not huge in the boobage department, but I am guy sized. So to keep my costume to scale for my large bone structure, I look for a 8 x 10 cup. Most people would call that a DD or an E. I am just a D, but I need a wider strap under the arms and no deep plunge to make things look like I dont have 2 fat white tourists in one small hammock. Always give the cup measurement in inches..or ask that it be given to you..and clear photos with the tape measure on the bra for scale. This is an expensive purchase (or sale) and everyone needs to do due dilligence to make sure we all remain friends. I hope you can get this resolved, but in my opinion, if it is fit and not condition, and exact measurements were not asked for ... it is now hers to resell.

Re: Having an issue with a seller....

thanks for your perspective. This has been so annoying for me. I have checked out this lady's videos, and website and her boobs look smaller than mine but who knows! I offered to send her photos of me in both costumes performing at gigs but she accused me of trick photography. I listed it as a 36D cup with no padding and she said she sent a photo of the bra to her seamstress prior to buying it and her seamstress advised her that she'd have to spend at least $200 to get the bra to fit her. Some seamstress! Good lord! So I gave her a discount since she really wanted it and now I hear the bra won't fit her! and she's had the costume for over a month and is emailing me constantly. Well I still have sold lots of other costumes on buhz to many satisfied customers so I will keep hanging out on the site but my goodness what to do?!!!

Just a note on the cost of the seemstress, as someone who has minimal sewing skills, I have paid up $200 for alterations and thought it was well worth it.

Re: Having an issue with a seller....

Is she a "new" bhuzzer, or a regular bhuzzer. If she's a new bhuzzer, she needs to read this thread. And if she continues to threaten you, I would definitely post her name.

Re: Having an issue with a seller....

I didn't mean to hijack amber moon's thread - so super sorry about that! As a seamstress myself I would personally only charge those prices if it was major costume surgery! But anyways I might point her to this thread. I really don't feel comfy naming names because I sure despite this craziness she is a good person and all. She is a new bhuzzer. Another thing I just found out from my paypal records is that I sold her a costume on ebay 2 years ago. It fit me and there is a photo of her in it on her website. So 3 costumes that fit me bought by her- kinda makes it seem even more wacky!

Re: Having an issue with a seller....

I agree with Anala - point her to this thread. Then wait and see what happens.

If she continues to bother you, post her name, and I think it will stop then.

Re: Having an issue with a seller....

This person is STILL bugging me about this! She hasn't sent me any photos of herself in both costumes as she said she was going to and is truly a pain in the butt! If I get one more message from her about this I will post her ID!
