Bella website
Allo!
I have tried twice to register to get a password to access their website. It says I will get a password in my email upon verification. The first time was a couple of weeks ago, and I did it again today, but have received nothing. Does anyone know anything about how it works? Maybe I am doing something wrong! Help!

If it makes you feel better, I have password and it doesnt even work. Plus, she only puts up new costumes every few months and they usually sell out that day.

Allo Josyane and Michelle! Thank you for the info. I will try emailing them and hope for the best. I guess that is why those costumes go so fast! Maybe one day will be my lucky day!

oh geez.........she needs to hire an army of sewers and she should just design and supervise. Is she actually sewing most of it, some it.........? There is clearly a huge demand.
I tried to get a password a long time ago, several times, and I eventually gave up.

I think she already HAS an army or sewers, but she's still swamped! I tried for a pw a long time ago and never got one. Instead I just emailed her and placed a custom order, which just came in last week!!

Me too. I finally got my password and there were nothing but shadows with the word "sold" on them. I was sad.

I had to use another email address to get a different password because my original one stopped working. I just noticed that I have a password in that inbox (don't check it often enough), but I have custom ordered before with no problems. If you have a costume that you want, I recommend going that route. One warning: don't ask unless you want it. Bella gave me a quote; I never responded saying that I wanted it. Two months later I got the wiring info for the costume she made me! It was GORGEOUS though, but I wouldn't contact her again unless I knew I had the funds.
Someone told me she'd do costumes for you in different price ranges, so let her know your budget restraints first.

Dude, Safiyah! That's exactly how I ended up with my very first Bella!! I was floored when she told me "my costume was ready in Istanbul. $840." I barely had the funds at the time, but I knew if I didn't come through with the money for the costume I never officially ordered, I ran the risk of being blackballed from Bella's list. So I sucked it up and paid her. I was not disappointed, and the custom costumes started rolling in swiftly after that first one. I was hooked!
She's killing me right now, though. I ordered 2 costumes 3 months ago and I haven't heard anything from her yet. I'm dying for new sparklies! I LIVE for that yellow box on the DHL truck!!! I've been trolling the swap meet for new Bella prospects in the meantime. My addiction will not let me rest.

Tell me about it! I had JUST bought an Eman from Dahlal and didn't have the funds. I asked Bella if she would hold it for me while I found some extra cash - I asked for a month. She didn't respond, so I was so afraid she just went ahead and sold it. But as soon as I was comfortable with my bank account, I emailed her to make sure it was still there.
When I got it, I was sure to send an email saying that it fit perfectly and was sooo beautiful. I don't want to get blacklisted either, lol!
It is so addicting, though. It won't be my last purchase. I think I stopped breathing when I opened the package, that's how much I fell in love with it!

Yeah, if she took credit card I'd probably just have put it on the Visa (even though I never carry a balance), but you have to have the cash. It's very much worth it.
But like we've all said, it's addicting! They fit, flatter, and last better and longer than cheaper costumes, so I think it's a good investment. And they have a great resale value if you need to sell it for whatever reason

I put in a password request months ago and just accepted the fact that a password wouldn't be sent. Out of the blue, she sent me one today! Just be patient and it will eventually come.

It took them a long time to get back to me with a password, but I finally got one after requesting one twice. After I got it, I kept checking on their site for costumes and always saw nothing, until a couple weeks ago when they posted a bunch of petite ones...
I snatched up a gorgeous light green one. I can't wait for it to come.
Could someone tell me how long it will take to get here from Belgium? I'm on the west coast of USA...

Custom Costumes
I have a question about ordering custom from Bella....are you showing her past Bella designs that you like and then asking for a specific color and size? Or are you just accepting whatever design she chooses in your color/size of choice? I'm just wondering how to go about this.
Lots of gorgeous Bella designs to look at here:

Thanks!

i have done both so far. even if you show her a design it's not exactly the same. just trusting her taste has worked out great for me so far
