Anyone ordered from silvex.org?

I found this website SilVex.org that has amazing prices and some nice merchandise. I wondered if anyone tried ordering with them, and how was the outcome?

There is a paypal logo on the front page but on their faqs page, it says they only accept wire transfers and western union. If that is the case, I wouldn't use them since I have never heard of them and it doesn't mention an address for them.

Once tribe is back up and running, you can search for feedback on the company there, many people have posted negative experiences.

I hadn't noticed their FAQs page, but on ordering info they state they take paypal. Seems they didn't update the whole page?

Tribe.net has been down forever... I'm kind of sad to hear that there's so much negative feedback, I'll have to take a look at it before I get too excited about ordering :)

I'm really glad you managed to find that, thanks Lauren. There's definitely a lot of bad comments about his service in 2006, but it seems like it took a better turn after 2007. I had sent the vendor an email, and he responded within a day.

Any other suggestions for reasonably priced vendors? (Specifically for the 25 yard skirt and cholis) I was looking at Mode Mystique, but his website no longer offers all the items it used to. I wonder what happened?

Try Wendy Oliver of Bali Isle Imports. She's on eBay, and I think she's calls herself WendyBaliIsle. But she also has an actual store in San Luis Obispo. She's also really good at returning emails quickly.

I just placed a huge order with silvex at the first of September and it arrived in 3 weeks. I had placed the order for many of my students who want to get some dance items but can't afford to spend alot as they don't perform.

This was the first time I had placed an order with them and we are all very happy. The items are of good quality despite the super cheap prices, communication was very good, it arrived quickly and they take PayPal. I will definitely be placing additional orders in the future. The only thing to take into account is that the shipping is fairly high. For a $300 order, shipping was an extra $100.
