Edited my ab workout a little. I did basic shimmies as the last exercise and the numbers listed are the numbers of times i felt my shimmy break.
Double Cockroach: 4 7 7 6 4 4 6 6
Jump Squats: 16 14 10 11 12 11 11 11
Twist+Punch: 22 12 17 17 22 17 20 25
High Knees: 29 30 29 25 26 29 35 32
Shimmies: 1 1 3 2 1 0 0 0
In terms of improvement from last week:
Double Cockroach: -6 :(
Jump Squats: +1 :/
The others i did differently than last week.

Well Ive been completly flaking out on doing her exercises but I have joined on with her "no sugar for 30 days Challenge". Nearly at two weeks now I think and doing well . Am definitely feeling an improvement in my energy levels from cutting all sugar out of diet and am making healthier choices with what I eat overall. Decided it was much easier to give up my beloved chocolate than it was to manage even one burpee!..g.:

haha that's what I'm doing for Lent this year, giving up all sweet wonderful things that are bad for me. lol. and the burpees are horrible, they really kick your butt!!

I am doing the 30 days w/o sugar too, starting today. Yikes, I do love my sweets.
I am still lost on this thread though. What do all the numbers in your posts mean? When on the website, do you just pick any random work out? A new one each day? If I am asking the most basic (dumb) questions feel free to let me know it..l;,

It's ok! Here's what you do. Let's just use the Psychopath workout. In theory, it should only take 20 minutes, but it will take longer considering you will want to rest in between the sets. Now here is the composition:
5 exercises
4 minutes per one exercise
8 rounds per 4 minutes
1 round=20 seconds of maximum intensity followed by 10 seconds of rest
so, say you star the first round of burpees. You do as many as you possibly can in 20 seconds and then record how many you did in a notebook or notepad or whatevs (that's what the numbers are for), breathe for a second, and once the 10 second rest is over, you repeat, 7 more times to complete the first exercise (4 minutes total). So you do nothing BUT burpees for four minutes. Then nothing BUT the next exercise, and so on until you are done with the entire workout.
Make sense? It's really brutal!

Well managed to complete the 30 days no sugar challenge and am now going to try to limit it to the odd treat. gna be brave and start her beginners workouts next week! Hows everybody else doing with the "scary" workouts?

Thanks Edeneyes. It DOES sound brutal but Maybe when I get some down time I'll look more intensely at the site and get a program down.
As for now I am on day 19 with no sugar. It's only slightly less brutal than day one. Oh my...... I can do this.
