Workout/Gym Buddies?
Do you have a workout or gym buddy? I need one but don't know how to find one. Would it be weird to post something at my gym?

does your gym have group classes? you can meet other members that way and see who is interested. nothing weird about posting a note at the gym. if people do it for roommates, you can certainly do it for a workout partner.

Re: Workout/Gym Buddies?
Although I have referred several people to the place where I work-out, I don't have a work-out buddy. I actually prefer to work-out on my own since my schedule varies when I can go. Also, since I like to "group" my work-outs, my buddy's and my needs would differ so I probably wouldn't be working out with them.
Years (and I do mean years) ago, I had several dudes who were my buddies. Since the gym had primarily men (I think there were only 1 or 2 other women besides myself), they usually were the ones to help spot or PUSH me. I really looked forward going and see what other "feat" I can accomplish with their pushing me to go beyond.
