    Exercise TV Workout Plans

    I feel great! I have been doing the Rock Hard Body Series from Exercise TV. Although I do not follow the plan directly, due to dancing, I use the plan three days a week. Sundays - Marco Reed Rock Hard Body, Tuesdays - Steve Maresca Rock Hard Body Extreme and Thursdays 6 Round Slimdown with Stephanie. On Monday I use one of Aziza's, Rania Renee's or Michelle Joyce's dvd's. On Wednesday I teach a belly dance class as well as Thursdays. On the weekends I usually dance 3 fifteen minutes sets at the restaurant. I have seen a different in the strength of my body adding the Exercise TV program and will continue the different workout plans each month AND THEY ARE NOT EXPENSIVE! I thought I would share this with some of you who might need an extra something for fitness. Plus the workouts are 45 minutes so mom's like me can find the spare time!

    BTW The PX90 was way too annoying for me. This is so much better!
