Thread: Bach remedies?

Do any of you have experience with the Bach flower essence remedies? Or the Rescue Remedy and Rescue Sleep stuff? I'm just wondering if they're worth investing in for minor help with whatever ails you.

Yes, I use Bach remedies and both "Rescue" and "Rescue Night". They all have been quite helpful for me. One doesn't see results in the very first days, but after one or two months one starts feeling better. I can say Bach remedies were the only solution for the depression I was going through...

Yes I have used them and have even had some made specially for me in the past. The downside for me is that they are usually in a brandy base, but I did find someone who would do it in a water base. The brandy preserves it better. But for those who don't mind alcohol, it is fine.

Rescue remedy is used at my cat's veterinarian to calm the animals. You just rub a few drops into the skin at the tips of their ears, where there isn't much fur, and the cats calm right down.
