depends on the fabric, if it's thin lycra, theres nothing you can do with it. I don't like the bra on it, and the waist strap is too low to actually accentuate a small waist.

    Fabric is listed as spandex.

I am more concerned about the fact that they didn't even try to match the spots along the front seam. You might be better off starting from scratch with this.

Could you attach firm bra cups to the inside of the top (like some swimsuits) and embellish it along with the "belt" area, and then attach long strips of tan/brown/black/same-animal-print chiffon all around the lower-hip part (below what would be the "belt") to be a kinda handkerchief hem skirt?

Too much underboob to make a bra look nice under it, and even if you could attach some kind of skirt I agree with Tahira.

Yes, Tahira - I'm thinking this might be good to use as a pattern to make a costume using a better, more uniform material?

but it could be a great inspiration for a dress pattern. that type of top/ mid section [of course scaled to flatter you] with an l. rose trumpet skirt style bottom with "up to there" slit over one leg. and matching gauntlets, headband.

THTX was saying on another thread that boy shorts with a front seam gave her a bad case of "camel toe." Something to think about!
