Oojami.....wild mix
Need a bit of help with a music choice. We have a small show this weekend. A friend is hosting a "restaurant style" show at the community clubhouse. It isnt open to the public...mostly just dancer, drummers, friends, family, ect.
I have a really nice Turqouise costume I got months ago that I really wanted to wear...and a cool song...but it is different, and funky.
So can I pull off this costume (on my main page)

with Oojami's "Ali" the undergound mix off Urban Dervish?
my friend says no...LOL
I dance American style..what do you think? If not, should I change the costume, or the music?
help!!!

Re: Oojami.....wild mix
I don't really see any reason why not--I danced to the unremixed version of Ali with temporary troupe (just together for one event) and we all wore sparkly stuff and danced in our varieties of American, Arabic and Turkish styles.
