It's written on the 3rd or 4th page of the comments on original posting. The person who posted the video replied to someone who asked the name of the song. And it's from Mohammed Abdel Wahab.
There was a huge discussion about being Hakim of Egypt or Hakim of Morocco. But, of course, it's Hakim of Morocco (Abdel Hakim).
