That's Carmine Guida, but I've never heard of "Karnoushm" -- maybe a group of his friends? You could contact him. I know he just recorded a CD last year with Dale Langdon and Melissa. Maybe it's on that one? ???

Oh, this is an awesome recording - but I doubt it is available commercially.

The closest matches with other musicians, same song I can think of are George Abdo and Scott Wilson. If you're looking for some of the same musicians, different tune with similar features, I would try Fire Dance by Djinn. Another alternative to check out for music with a similar feel could be the Turkish Camp Allstars Band CD, where Carmine plays oud - and that's always a great treat.

I have the Abdo and Wilson versions...I guess i'm just really attracted to this live one...
