I love Jesse Cook - Flamenco guitar and some middle eastern rhythms. Try Baghdad and Nomad

I don't know the artists but Amaya has a CD called "Dancers Odyssey" and some of the songs have some Latin fused into the songs. Also, Alabina and Gipsy Kings have CDs where they have collaborated together and fused Latin with Middle Eastern too.

Yeah Allabina is a good group. Also Amr Diab has a lot of Latin inspired songs. Such as Nour el ain:

"Latin American Hits for Bellydance" By Hossam Ramzy. Lots of Latin American favorites on that CD with A BIT of arabic flavor.

Also by Hossam Ramzy, there are two Flamenco Arabe albums. I've heard that the second one is not as good as the first, although I haven't heard it. I like the first one.

"El Lilady" was composed by Amro Mostafa, who has written a lot of Latin-influenced songs for Amro Diab and other singers--for example, "Tool Omri" by Nawal El Zoghbi (long intro on the video before you get to the real song, which starts when the guy yells "Salsa!"):

Recently Amro Mostafa has starting performing his own material. Here's the first single from his 2008 album, also very Latin sounding:
