Ansuya Song on BDSS DVD
Does anyone know the name of the first song that Ansuya performs to on the BDSS Live in Paris DVD?
Lyrics that sound like "tahbee, tahbee" occur a few times, and some that sound like "tahbeenee, tahbeenee, tahbeenee, ehn". (Apologies for the terrific lack of Arabic knowledge!)
This is driving me absolutely crazy, and I would be eternally grateful if someone could post the song to the Bhuz music archive. I'm travelling and away from my comp, so I won't be able to search iTunes and EMusic for it until I get home.

Hello, Ainsley!
I think the song you're talking about is "Tabi Tabi", by Ibrahim Tatalises.

Thanks, Adishakti! I'm going to track that down the minute I get home.
I saw an ad on Slice for Plastic Makes Perfect the other day (I'm on holiday back in Canada with my family), and I was wondering if that's the show you were on. I saw a clip of someone I thought might be you!

haha... Yeah, I'm on the commercial for the program. Loverly!
The clip of me is a close-up of my pantie-clad butt saying "Don't take too much off - I like my curves". ..l;,
You're welcome - sorry I don't know what CD it's on... but hopefully it'll give you somewhere to start!

Yup, that's it! Thanks for the CD info, Michelle. Have you heard any of the rest of it? I'm just wondering if the CD's any good for dancing apart from "Tabi, Tabi".
And oops, it's totally Turkish. That's how bad my Arabic is. ,r:;

Hi Ainsley,
I'm not sure about the rest of the CD, but Al Al Al is one of my all time favourite tracks for performing to, worth buying the CD for that alone! Everyone I've ever played it to loves it and it always goes down really well with audiences...
