Dancing to Majed el Mohandis? What song?
I`ve heard Majed el Mohandis` songs just recently. I like many of his songs, and would love to dance something from his repertoire.
Can you advice which of his song is suitable for oriental belly dancing?
I am not able to find a song I could dance to, and haven`t got time on my hands to listen through his older CDs.
Thank you.

he is not khaleeji...
he's from Iraq
the song "atawasal beek(I beg you) (rough translation) is a great song for oriental dance, imo

Thank you so much! That helps for sure.
I didn`t know he is Iraqi. He`s quite good looking guy.
But hey, there is a news about him and Kazem al Saher here: Kazem Al Saher Page
It is the 0:40 vid. Anybody who understands? What is it about? Will they do any project together? Thanks for help again!

Re: Majed al Mohandes - further inquiry
Well, I listened his samples once more (here Rotana - Ensaa) and found some of the tracks (6, 16) might be suitable for dance.
I still have a question: what rhythms are songs 4, 5, 11, and 14? 14 sounds as a kind of debke to me.

Re: the 40 second video
It seems there was a controversy between the fans of majed al mohandes and kazem el saher on the internet lol
apparently Rotana wanted to to release their albums on the same day but now they are not?
apparently they were criticized by the media for wanting to release the two albums on the same date
It said that Majed al mohandes' album would be released Sept 20th, eid al fitr
and that there is no set date for Kazem's album release, but some sources say it will around 20 days after majed al mohandes' album release i.e. october 10th
