I know it! I taught to my students last year. From album egypt 2001 by mohammed fouad. I can't seem to find the title but it is track 7.

awesome, thanks! I had that written down somewhere on a list of "songs to choreo to in the future", but I wasn't sure if I was matching the right song to the right title

The original album is "El alb el tayeb," and the song is available in MP3 format from iTunes, Amazon, emusic, etc.
