its called Zennube , its a turkish song. you can find a version by Atila Tas, which has lyrics, but I dont know this instrumental version she is dancing to.

It is Zennube (also spelled Zenuba and Zennuba) but it is Egyptian, not Turkish. It is one of Faride Al Atrashe's songs.

A number of famous Egyptian songs often pop up in Turkish belly dance music. Abdel Halim Haifez's Aziza is another one.

i must have assumed it was turkish because I grew up hearing it.

I bought Zennube (2:39) by Harem from their The Best of Harem CD
