My student troupe is working on a choreo to Asoufak Youm by Hoda. It's really fun and cute!

Re: shaaaaaabi!
It's "Khali al-sha'ab yi'aish" by Riko. The (poor-audio) version of the song in the video below is tagged with "film," so apparently at one point, it must have been on a soundtrack. The last time someone asked about Riko, we looked and couldn't find anywhere selling his music online legally--lots of bootleg downloads, though. If you want the illegal ones, they're in Arabic. Otherwise, if there is a mom-and-pop store in your area that imports music, they might have it, but probably on cassette.

Re: shaaaaaabi!
Me too. I'm not too much into shaabi as I'm a traditional Egyptian/Raks Sharqi/Lebanese/Vintage Caberet/Greek/Turkish Style type of dancer. I do use some Shaabi music by Hakim and Saad in my beginner class for drills, etc.
I'm not a huge fan of using shaabi music for belly dancing as I think it's range is pretty limited for my particular style of dancing. However, when I attended the Dina workshop in Chicago a few months ago, she predicted that one day soon, shaabi would be a respected dance form in the "belly dance world". And of course she danced shaabi amazingly! She was leaping through the air and squatting down to the ground and holding a knife between her teeth! It was an amazing athletic performance!

Re: shaaaaaabi!
I always TRY to support artists and buy legal versions. But when music isn't available at all, I go to Mazikana.
Here's their Rico collection page, if the link works. Mazikana

Anything from Saad. Ahmed Adaweya. Leila's new CD Om al Dunya has several shaabi pieces on it including a 7 min. shaabi cocktail of Adaweya singing Bint el Sultan with mawaal and Bitgannin Kiddaho.

Abdel Hamouda Bastet. Pussy Cat song..g.: He has 3 other CDs too.
Hisham Abbas - sort of
Sha'aban - but he has several truly racist songs against Jews. But others are good - particularly the wedding song where he gets everyone in the building down to party in the street.

Re: shaaaaaabi!
I would say Hisham Abbas is only "sha'abi" in the most generic sense of the word, as in "popular and liked by a lot of people." If you are looking for that particular style of street singing, he is not your guy. He was more baladi when he was younger, but then, so were Amro Diab and Ihab Tawfiq. Occasionally Hisham dabbles in religious singing, which is lovely to listen to and highly traditional, but obviously not suitable for dancing.
Hisham is one of my favorite singers and he makes wonderful, catchy Arabic pop records, but for at least half of his career, he's leaned more toward being a ME fusion artist than a traditionalist. He likes to play with all sorts of external influences such as Hip Hop, Indian, and Latin (and honestly, I thought the title track off his 2007 album sounded like he had a Wookie singing backup). If you want a mawaal followed by some old-skool tune that sounds like Adaweyya could have sung it, it's not likely to come from Hisham.
