I already have the song loaded, but I'm looking to buy the hole CD of Yousry Sherif. I don't find it anywhere. Can somebody tell me where to buy it?

I know Yousry ShArif but the singer of Ya Hanady is Yousry ShErif... somebody else. They are 2 different persons.

Yes, I tried the usual Maqam, Peko, Rashid, CD-Arabia, Aramusic, Dahlal, etc. but did not find it.

I never could find it for sale anywhere. When that happens, I feel justified in using a free download site!

Click on the letter Y, then on "yousry sherif" then on "collection" and you'll see Hanady as a free download.

reviving this thread since the song came up in a more recent one. Followed Lauren's instructions, but I didn't have to sign in at all. Looks like a good place for music browsing (great, more ways to spend time ;)

FYI, there are lots of sites online that offer "free" streaming and downloading of Arabic music. If you are trying to learn about Arabic music, these sites can be a wonderful reference for hundreds of singers' catalogs of material, but when you download music or use them as a substitute for buying licensed music, it is against the law, because these are bootleg sites. Most of the music on them is still under copyright and they do not have the right to give these songs away, but they do it anyway. Will anyone take punitive measures against you for international copyright violation? Probably not. Well, then what's the disadvantage? Even if the ethics mean nothing to you, these sites are "free" because of advertising (and some of the most obnoxious adware out there), so don't go to them if you're not sure you have quality, up-to-date security software on your computer. You're there at your own risk.

Please support the sites that have the legal jurisdiction to give their music away instead of the ones that don't whenever possible. The Arab World has been a little tardy to the party in terms of getting online because R->L language support has been slow in implementation, compared to how the English WWW developed, but more and more singers and record labels are promoting themselves through multilingual web sites, social networking, and YouTube channels. Rotana, Alam El Phan, Pyramedia, Free Music, Awakening Records, and others all have a web presence now (although Rotana is currently dinking around with an upgrade to their site). There are lots of places to hear music and NOT break the law, too.

Respect the artists who make this wonderful music, and make the legal choice as often as you can!
