The first tune sounds like The Toids to me. But, I am a bit confused, why do you want to send the 3AM zill brigade after these ladies?

confirming the first song is Tsiftetelli off of the Toids's Unblocked Ears album.

The drum solo sounds like one of Raquy and the Cavemen - I think, but I don't own a lot of her music, so this is just a guess.
