Thread: ISO Punjabi and Bollywood songs crowd pleasers

I am looking for some Punjabi /Bollywood songs to put at the end of my sets so everyone can get up and dance to some of there fav songs. all time fav and new pop song!Crowd pleasers!

Most popular now, I think: Sheila Ki Jawani (racy!) & Desi Girl

For an older or mixed crowd, I don't think you can go wrong with Mehbooba Mahbooba (older), choli ke peeche (my personal favorite), Kajra Re, or Aaja Nachle.


When I'm dancing for Indian clients, I usually suggest a song or two that I might include (I let them know that I have only a little Bollywood & no classical Indian training, I'll be bellydancing to the music). I've had clients offer counter-suggestions, which have always worked out really well. India is such a diverse country, I think tastes much vary widely depending on generation, region, language, etc.
