    I believe it's "al-Fustan al-Abyad" by Syrian singer Majd al-Qasem. Looks like it's on the 2009 album "Ehmalak Leya." hnade2009 مجد القاسم الفستان الابيض There are other wedding songs by that name with different melodies, so preview before you buy.
