You might have to contact the band. I've looked twice now, and I can't find anything. I've tried multiple spellings in Arabic, but Google keeps autocorrecting to other words with different letters. For example, at one point, it directed me to this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cDaumKpz8Pk, which had "al-rasiya" (missing the first "a" after the article) in the title. It doesn't quite sound like the same song, and even if it was, it appears to be some sort of Saudi tribute piece and probably wouldn't be appropriate for dancing.

The band should know if they recorded it (and pox on them for not including more description in the liner notes--how do they not know somebody's going to care enough to ask what it's about?!), but even if all you can get is the spelling of the title in Arabic, it would be a better lead than we have now.

No exact translation but the general sense is the song is talking about a kind of fruit, either
grapes or peaches that is called elqarasiyyah. It also said that the heart doesn't fall in love with 2 people. the heart wants a woman from Halab, Syria.
So it is a love song over all.

There is only so much room in the liner notes!
