I don't know about this particular version, but the song that starts around :35 is Layali Assouit.

The version I know is on Belly Dance for Arabian Nights, by Aboud Abdel Aal. It is incorrectly listed as Afrah El Chaab.

This song is on the Wings of Isis album as "Samah Innoba" by Sami Nossair Orchestra. Very similar but slightly slower tempo, I think. I like it better than the version in the video.
