You're right. I recognized the first few notes right off. Now I just need to place it and figure out where I know it from.

ar.Wikipedia (ويكيبيديا - هاني مهنا) says Hani Mhana is the composer of "Sharuk," which makes me wonder if "Saidi Hani Mhana" as an alternative title is a misunderstanding.
