Actually, I think you are right and it is Tony Mouzayek's Cairo Taqseem. It sounds a lot like Adam Basma's version in the shorter clips but a friend sent me the full version and I think it is the Nagwa remix version we are looking for.

You got it right! Too bad his CD's aren't available in the US. I've been trying for years to get my hands on some. I finally emailed his store last week and unfortunately they aren't currently shipping to the US...yet.

Jillina did a workshop with this song and sold the music. It was simply called Nagwa Remix. Perhaps she can sell it to you? It was cheap from her like a dollar for the song

OOO! That is an exciting remix. It might be dancer's personal one from a DJ friend? I know DJ's at the clubs I work at sometimes remix a couple of my songs when they feel inspired

I'm not 100% sure it is Tony Mouzayek Cairo but I think he must have done a remix of it or someone did. I looked through all the CD covers on his site and Vol 18 has a song called Cairo, and the opening clip is the song Nagwa. But the CD cover says Cairo is 5:20 and the Nagwa Remix or Cairo Taqasim is 9:39. So I still don't know where the remix came from.
