I ahve a friend who is a 42DDD/E cup and upper hip of 45in. She is interested to know if anyone has costumes that they would like to sell. She cannot afford lots of $$. Or if oyu know where you can get some costumes made that don't cost the earth.

I'm not sure what that equates to in casual wear sizing, but Miasia has a few costumes on her website that fit anywhere between a size 14 and a size 26.
